Our house is in a quiet neighborhood about 40 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. It has spacious living areas, a large family room, a living room and a formal dining room. It is very family-friendly with three children's bedrooms and a nice yard with a large play area. The master suite overlooks a view of the Great Salt Lake. Easy access to Temple Square and the LDS Conference Center. Would be willing to do an exchange during General Conference weeks (April or October).
