Modest, comfortable 2-story house built in 1994. Basement finished in 2010. 3300 sq ft. Springville, UT is about 10 minutes south of BYU in Provo and 45 minutes south of Salt Lake City. Main floor: Good sized kitchen with gas oven that opens into the dining area. Large living room that seats 9 or more and has a big flatscreen TV. Half-bath off kitchen. Laundry room. Upstairs: Master bedroom with queen bed, double sinks, master bathroom with jetted tub and mountain views. Two other bedrooms, one with twin bed and toddler bed and the other with a crib. Basement: Large living/play area for kids. Fireplace and treadmill, small TV. Small but nice full bath with 6-foot tub. Two rooms--one is used as an office and the other is a spare bedroom with two twin beds. We have two cats. A park with small playground is half a block away. Grocery store less than a mile. Run/bike trail that goes up to Hobble Creek Canyon is two blocks away. Nice neighbors, great ward. Our home isn't fancy but it's large and comfortable.
