Our home was built in 2001 and has been impeccably maintained. In addition to the 5 bedrooms (one guest bedroom in the basement and 4 upstairs), we have a a playroom for children, and a large swingset/playhouse in the yard, as well as a fitness room with treadmill and weights. We have 4 children ages 8-15, no pets, no smokers. Beds sleep 8; can add a few additional people on couches/crib. We live only minutes from ski resorts at Alta, Snowbird, and Brighton, and are less than a half hour's drive to downtown Salt Lake City for LDS headquarters, genealogical research, plays, and fine dining. Provo is about 45 minutes south. Further afield, we are only a few hours from the beauty of national parks Arches, Bryce, Zion, Yellowstone, Grand Canyon, Lake Powell. We have a TRAX station a short drive away and a UTA bus station around the corner for accessible transportation. The Alta Canyon swim/rec center in our neighborhood is available for fitness classes and summer swimming. Hiking, trails, camping, and other activities are nearby. We are interested in holiday and summer travel (based on school schedules). If you want to be here for Christmastime skiing, rest assured that the home will be beautifully decorated! We are also looking for a 2014 summer exchange in Europe for a sabbatical.
